Kenny came to our rescue and was so incredibly kind and helpful. He was very quick and efficient and answered all of our questions. When the problem could not be solved immediately, he recommended someone who could help us and we were able to get the help we needed the same day. I can't recommend Kenny with Jones towing enough.

If I could give 100 stars I would. At 2am our car wouldn't start after getting gas. We were 6hrs from home and 6hrs from our destination. With two young kids that instantly doesnt feel good to be stranded at a gas station. Gary, the owner, showed up and was calm, patient, helpful, kind, chatted about his kids and family, and tried everything he could to get our car to start before having to tow it. When our uber showed up to take us to a nearby hotel the patience continued as we unloaded the many items it takes for a family road trip. The next morning we find out from the dealership that he had listed many details on the drop sheet in an effort to help us get back on the road faster. I could go on and on. Thank you Gary and team. Saved the day.

I have had Jones Towing do several services for me — the latest is a battery service. I believe that AAA uses them for services here in BG. Always professional, quick service.
